BABY vs MUMMA I Yummy LoveBoo Baby and Mum Range
17:44
The LoveBoo range of baby products is free from nasty chemicals such as: parabens, sulphates, TEA, petrochemicals, synthetic colours, PEGS and DEA. It recently won the Best Baby Skincare Range 2012/13, Mother and Baby Gold award.
I love a product that both bubs and I can share so that it's safe and kind to both of us. She is 20 months old and I am 23 weeks pregnant and still breastfeeding. I decided to test out some of LoveBoo's products, and here are some faves:
Hair care trio
£25.00 250ml

The trio contains:
Soft and Shiny Coconut Shampoo
This smells gorgeously coconutty and hair still smells nice once dry. Contains argan oil. It lathers up into a nice creamy lather. My only complaint is that there is a soapy scum left on the bath water after rinsing, not nice for a bubba.

Soft and Shiny Coconut Conditioner
Again a lovely coconut smell and contains argan oil to condition making hair nice and silky smooth after use. Not really necessary for bubs after the nice shampoo, but works well on my long tangly hair too.

No More Knots Coconut Detangling Spray
Again made with coconut and argan oil. A little spritz of this really helps detangle, but don't spray too much near your roots or hair can look a little greasy when dry, especially bubs' fine short hair.

BooBoo
The BooBoo range of products are great for mums-to-be and new mums as again free from the nasties listed above. I tried a couple of essentials:
Soft and Creamy Body Smoother
£14.99 for 190ml
This Body Butter smells scrummy and is really creamy but not greasy or oily. You can use it on bump and stretch marks, but I just slathered it all over coz it was so nice. Contains centella, which has anti-ageing properties, and moisturising Shea Butter and Cocoa Butter, which also add to the gorgeous smell.

Velvet Hands Repair Hand Cream
£11.99 for 75ml
This cream contains marshmallow and starflower and smells quite sweet and girly. Feels lovely on the hands. The packaging is lovely and the 75ml tube is a good size for the handbag. I would say not dense enough to be a healing cream but more of an everyday bit of moisture after washing hands for chapping prevention.
LoveBoo have a wonderful range of other products for baby and mum including baby oil and for mum-to-be the perineum massage oil. Take a look at their website: www.loveboo.com
