HOT MUMMAS - Tropic Skincare Product Review: Wild Mint Lime and Pineapple Body Wash

08:04

Since I became vegan, I also ditched most of my old beauty products which I found out were laden with chemicals and often not animal-cruelty free.

Even brands that purport to be 'natural' often still contain nasties.

I recently discovered a new brand though, Tropic Skincare, which really does have very natural ingredients, so i thought I would give it a try since they kindly sent me some goodies to try.

The first product to test was the Wild Mint Lime and Pineapple Bodywash.

It's yummy! It's super creamy and lathers up nicely on my bath gloves, and it smells like a refreshing zesty ice lolly on the beach!

Here is what their website says about it:

Cost GBP £10.00

A sumptuous, creamy body wash with a rich, luscious lather, to leave skin clean and refreshed.

• Formulated with gentle, natural cleansers from soapberries and coconuts

• Contains guava and bamboo water to refresh and hydrate

Here is some background on the Company:

Susan Ma's love for developing natural beauty recipes stems from her upbringing and life in Cairns, Tropical North Queensland in Australia, where she was surrounded by the amazing plants and botanical actives that inspire many of Tropic's formulations today. After appearing on BBC’s The Apprentice in 2011, Susan is given the opportunity to present her passion and vision for natural and cruelty free skincare to Lord Alan Sugar. Impressed by the products, he spots a unique business opportunity and invests to become a 50/50 partner.
