Is it just me, or do baby smellies always smell lush?  Maybe I'm weird, but I used to be a massive fan of Johnson's baby soft wash, but they discontinued the range- clearly showing my age as this was probably over ten years ago!  It smelt gorgeous and left my skin soft and smooth and was great before shaving.

Anyway, fear not, as I recently spotted this beauty whilst trawling round Tesco, TreacleMoon Gentle Powder Love shower gel.  It smells divine, not surprisingly like baby powder and can be used in the bath or shower.  It's in nice packaging too, so looks like it'll be more expensive than it actually is.

I'm not really allowed baths in this pregnancy due to infection risk, so it's a treat to have some really fab smelling shower gel...and this doesn't break the bank either 500ml of this beauty is £2.99 from Tesco.  It's especially nice at bedtime as has that lovely comforting smell, and leaves skin baby soft!

I just spotted that the other "flavours" are £1.99 at the moment, so worth checking them out too. 

I love all things sweet so this lovely range of bath products suit me perfectly. To be honest I lathered it on thinking it was apple, then as the sweet aroma filled my bathroom, I thought to myself mmmm this smells like cake? Pastry? What is it? Then I realised - Apple Pie! It was exactly warm apple pie! Perfect for a cosy autumn evening of indulgence. 

Sweet Sugared Almond is part of the Candy Jar collection and is equally scrumptious, in fact either of these would be great Christmas gifts or even a wedding favour, the packaging is gorgeous and includes a cute little poem.

It's allegedly chocolate month.

In my book, that's month of the excuse to stuff your face rotten with the sweet nectar that makes most mothers deliriously happy.

It's the natural feel-good drug that helps us through those bad times (aside from wine).

But instead of indulging in all those extra calories, how about a choco fix... for the bath! 

Now, any mothers who used purée food may be familiar with HIPP chocolate pudding. A delightful yoghurt-esque dish that's probably more for mums' pleasure than it is baby! Many dads will admit to scoffing the choc pud (while pretending to feed baby) and we'd be lying if we didn't admit a cheeky taste.

And the reason I mention it is, because my latest discovery smells just like it!

The particular one that enveloped my nostrils  with an intoxicating scent, was dusted cocoa heaven bath and shower gel.

Resplendent in a chocolatey galaxy hue and runny choco consistency, this is the real deal. 

It's advised to massage directly onto damp skin or pour under running water for best results. 

I rubbed it straight into my skin, as instructed and am left with a lovely light scent. Nothing too overpowering.

And with other scents like 'sweet sugared almond' and the perfect autumnal scent of 'warm apple pie hugs', the Treacle Moon team know their bath stuff.
